Crystallizer is a special metal mold casting equipment that makes the mould formed and rapid solidification during continuous casting, vacuum suction casting, and other casting of unidirectional solidification method.
Crystallizer includes:
1, straight type crystallizer
2, curved mold: curved mould for arc and super low head continuous casting machine of type ( elliptic ).
3, the composite mould: composite mold is composed of four wall plates, each plate is composed of a copper plate and a piece of steel ( iron ) plate connected by a bolt to form.
4,multi stage mold,multistage crystallizer
5, width adjustable mold crystallizer :width adjustable , generally used only for slab continuous casting.
Continuous casting machine crystallizer is one of the core equipment, directly related to the quality of continuous casting billet. Mold oscillation frequency is required to be accurate, and able to automaticly adjust according to the casting speed .When the vibration frequency is high, a motor load rate, slip increases, leading to vibration frequency decreased, and in order to guarantee the accurate vibration frequency, need to open the inverter slip compensation control.As the load increases, it will automatically increase the output frequency to meet the required speed in no case reducing motor slip, compensation is proportional to the load increased, and make a diffrience in the whole speed range of the role.
